A main water pipe busted in this building causing the entire lower level to flood.

This commercial business in Upstate, South Carolina suffered a severe water loss to the majority of their facility causing water damage to the entire lower level. The customer called requesting services straight away and our team at SERVPRO of Anderson were able to get a production crew out immediately. From generator setup, pump out services, adjuster walk-throughs, etc. we were able to get the facility operational again within days.

As you can see in the attached photo, there was an extensive amount of water extraction needed. We were able to work alongside the building owner and insurance to get the remaining work approved and completed in a timely manner. The customer was pleased with how quickly we were able to get on site and thanked us for our urgency.
