State Farm Job

This job in Anderson, South Carolina was sent to us by one of the local State Farm agencies, who recommended their customer call us after a water loss. This customer, who does not live locally, was visiting their second home when they noticed mold and mushrooms growing from their carpet. While away from the home, it suffered a water loss from the toilet that saturated the carpeting, causing the growths. After extensive work with the insurance company, our crew was able to begin work. First setting containment, to prevent any spread of spores from the growth on the carpet, and then removing affected materials. With jobs where there is any kind of growth or need for extensive demolition, containment is an important part of the process to help keep the rest of the home in prime condition.
