Upstate, SC Floor Removal

This home in Upstate, South Carolina suffered a water loss when a toilet in the downstairs of the home leaked, seeping out into the main living area. As can be seen in the before and after photos above, the floors were beyond the help of the air movers and needed to be removed in order to properly mitigate. The customer was pleased that the water damage did not extend throughout the entire living space, and some flooring was able to be saved. 

Our customer was surprised that such a minor leak could spread that far into the home. Due to the nature of the water loss and it including some sewage, they were happy to remove the affected materials.
