Water Mitigation Services in Anderson, SC Bathroom

SERVPRO of Anderson was initially called out to this home in Upstate, South Carolina for a reconstruction estimate. However, upon arrival our production crew found that mitigation services needed to be completed before any reconstruction estimates could be made. As can be seen in the above photos, all of the laminate flooring and toilet needed to be removed in this restroom. The customer had no idea that the water damages were so extensive, but were glad that the affected materials were removed promptly after our scope. After the water mitigation services were complete, our office staff could begin working the reconstruction estimate from the initial call.
