This family's home in Belton, South Carolina suffered water damage to multiple rooms of the home from a busted water heater. A water loss this size, can be very daunting, and our production crew understands that. Our team tore out all materials that were too saturated to be saved, and treated the remaining materials before drying them with air movers. Notice in the before photo, flooring removal was needed all the way down to the subflooring. At SERVPRO of Anderson, we also complete reconstruction if the customer requests. In order to not leave the bathroom looking completely gutted after mitigation services, our team replaced the old subflooring.
