Seneca, SC Water Mitigation 2022
This customer in Seneca, South Carolina called us at SERVPRO of Anderson to come out to a water mitigation job. The customer called stating that they suffered a water loss to the first and basement floors of their home when a drain and trap were not installed properly in their newly remodeled kitchen. The water seeped down from the main floor in the kitchen to the finished basement below. Notice in the photos above, the water caused some extensive damages, causing the ceiling to completely crumble.
Our production team were able to get out and dry the flooring on the first floor and salvage their newly remodeled kitchen, but as can be seen above, extra ceiling needed to be removed in order to properly mitigate the area.
The customer was pleased with our production crew's attention to detail and ability to save their kitchen from yet another remodel.
