Ceiling tiles falling from water damage

This local business called us at SERVPRO of Anderson when they experienced severe water damage. A water heater on the main level of the building exploded causing water damage to the entire basement below. There was cement on the floor affected, however the tile ceilings were affected greatly. The SERVPRO of Anderson production crew were dispatched right away to assess the damage and determined that there was major demolition to be done. The customers wanted to wait for approval of their insurance, so production set equipment to stabilize the area for the time being. The customers were happy that something could be done immediately to prevent any further damage.  Once approval was given, demolition was completed, removing all affected materials. The customers were so happy with how much communication our production crew had throughout the whole process, that they requested our team complete the reconstruction as well.
